ACTIVITY DETAILS

Activity overview
We will meet at the carpark on Pinnacle Road 5:30pm. Link to map location

From the carpark we will follow the track to the top of the Pinnacle, returning to the reserve for a BBQ dinner. Celebration of fathers day so dads, grandfathers or other significant males in the lives of our youth please come if you can. If none of these are able to come youth should come anyway.  Fathers please RSVP to John  - for catering purposes. 

 

Activity cost
All participants (dinner): $8/pp. Payment by cash on the night.

BEHAVIOUR & PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS

Behaviour standards
This event will be using the patrol system and buddy system. Participants are required to stay with the group, with the exception of needing to use the amentiies, in this situation, they must go with a buddy and ensure that the patrol leader is aware of their whereabouts.

All participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times, in accordance with the Scouts Code of Conduct, the Scout Promise and Law, and relevant federal and state laws.

EQUIPMENT & CLOTHING

Participants must bring
All participants: small pack with water bottle, beanie, warm clothing, head torch (preferred) or hand torch, personal first aid kit, any medications including puffer or EpiPen if required.

Youth and Leaders: Scout shirt and scarf.

Participants must NOT bring
Pocket knives

Responsibility for personal items is the sole responsibility of the participant and/or their parent/guardian. Under no circumstances will Leaders be responsible for safe keeping, loss or damage to items.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Please advise the activity co-ordinator if you are unable to attend on the day, if you are aware of this before the event day, please withdraw from this event by using the withdraw feature.
